Controller
In every good business there is someone who manages the financial component of the business. With numerous years of experience within an accounting firm Dianne is no stranger to numbers! As controller, Dianne ensures that the financial component of our business is professionally, and ethically managed.

Dan Hutten
Design/IT
Dan is a key member of our design team and committed to ensuring that our innovative and creative designs are brought together with all the structure and engineering details required. As our resident computer systems expert, Dan also heads up all our IT. Dan works extensively within our systems and processes to ensure that POST stays abreast of the very latest in technology.

Richard Symthe
Operations
Not only is Richard related to the infamous Con Smythe he is proud to have been on the bench as a stick boy for the hosting of the Toronto Maple Leafs last Stanley Cup win in 1967! Richard brings extensive equestrian management experience from some of the most famous stables of yesterday and today including Armstrong Farms and Gardiner Farms. Richard has undertaken studies in timber construction and woodworking, once working within the crews and today ensuring that all details are precisely coordinated within day-to-day operations. Richard also completes the many varied steps in attaining building permits and approvals.

Kyle Bosomworth, CET
Design
Kyle joined our team initially working as a co-op student in 2006. He has since graduated and today greatly assists the team with design. Kyle works closely with sales combining client needs with design flare in creative and innovative ways and ensures that projects entering production are well engineered.

Amy Schoon, Hon BBA.
Executive Assistant
Amy works closely in the support of our management team and completes all Human Resource management. Given the construction industry and the ongoing changes in safety legislation this task is a real challenge. . To say Amy’s job functions change every day would be an understatement. She approaches all challenges with a positive ‘bring it on’ frame of mind.

Duane Westrik
Purchasing Manager
Duane joined POST in 2010 and comes with a wealth of purchasing and management experience. With an extensive background in custom fabrication, Duane is a perfect fit with POST where he brings process to our purchasing. While developing strong partnerships he ensures that our costing is sharp and competitive – a critical element in today’s competitive business landscape.
